When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For domestic U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, though some lighting products may take 7–14 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?
